Intermediary Agency Survey
Dear Participants

We are conducting research on large scale residential projects built by Korean firms in developing countries overseas. We would love to hear from you about how they have been translated or adapted to the legal, social, cultural, political, and economic context of those countries. This will help us contribute to resolving the information gap, marketing challenges, and institutional obstacles experienced by small- and medium-sized planning and construction firms entering developing country markets. We are interested in communicating with you because you are best positioned to understand residents’ needs and tastes.

As this online-interview is an alternative of face-to-face interview, it will take around 20-30 minutes and may take follow-up questions if necessary. The study will take place at no cost to you and you will not receive payment for your participation. After the completion of interview process, interviewees will be given a small gift (e.g., movie voucher for two or shopping voucher) in kind.

This study is funded through a grant from the Korean government, and is led by Associate Prof. Cuz Potter and Dr. Jinhee Park in Korea University. Your records relating to this study and any other information received will be kept strictly confidential. Your name and position will not be disclosed in publications resulting from the research. Your identity will not be revealed and your confidentiality will be protected in any reviews and reports of this study which may be published. There is no obligation for you to be involved in this study. If you decide to participate in the study and later feel that you no longer wish to be part of it, you may withdraw from the study and you will not suffer any prejudice. If you decide to withdraw, all data collected up to the point of withdrawal will not be used and will be destroyed.

If you have any questions about the survey, please email us: housing@cuzproduces.com

We really appreciate your input!

Sincerely,
